Eating snacks is my favorite hobby also I am a food lover. Whenever I feel low, just open my bag and have some snacks to restore my energy. However, my grandmother always says that this pack of chips doesn’t give me any benefit.

She was right. My waistline increases moreover I start looking like the mummy of my younger sister. Alas! It was a terrifying situation. But if you have a hectic routine and continue work makes you feel tired so to charge yourself you need some food.

So I do appreciate my grandmother she gave me a hidden treasure through which I can maintain my fitness and also restore the energy. The hidden treasure is the list of X Quick and easy clean eating snacks that make my life heaven.

Before I proceed further, let me tell you what is clean eating.

In simple words, we can say that clean eating is to intake natural food that is unprocessed and also not in its original shape but tastes good.

My grandmother often says that we should in-take some healthy diet like fruits and vegetables, also some protein and good fats too. The things we should avoid may include preserved food, sugar, and salty materials that are mostly found in the chips and other cereals.

We must maintain our diet plan to keep our bodies in shape. The things that she recommends me to eat are as follows:

In whole grains:

  • Barley
  • Quinoa
  • Spelled

In Proteins:

  • Lentils
  • Eggs
  • Beans
  • Lean meat
  • Salmon

In fats, we should take:

  • Olive oil
  • Nuts
  • Avocados
  • Coconut oil
  • Chia flax seeds

Fruits and Vegetables may include:

  • Kale
  • Green apple
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Beetroot
  • Pears

However, you can also take other fruits and vegetables, but if you want to follow the diet plan, then you have to follow some rules.

I also know that preparing things is also a tough task, but you can prepare the food in a handsome quantity, and it is usable for a week as you can also store it. Moreover, many things are naturally available, and you can take it as it is.

So now I am going to share the list that my grandmother shared with me.

The quick and easy clean eating snacks are nuts. You can have a packet of almonds or raisins from any grocery store. Put in the bag and enjoy your snack.

You can have some pieces of almonds while you are waiting in the traffic, or get tired while working and feel some hunger, you can have them. They are better for your health too as it is rich in Vitamin E and with other fibers and fats.

The second quick and easy clean eating snacks I like to eat Celery nut Sticks:

My second favorite quick and easy clean eating snacks. My younger brother is a big fan of these snacks and me too. The only thing you have to do is to cut the celery sticks and apply your favorite butter either almond or nut.

I mostly top it with some raisins, so it enhances the taste of the snack. You can also use the chopped apples as topping according to your taste.

In my list in the third position I like to eat dates:

Dates are the power bank of the energy. You can have it simply also. For sweet lovers, it is considered to be the best snack as it decreases the hunger of sweet. Moreover, you can use dates in different ways.

The way I like to eat dates is to fill the centre part with the nut butter and store it in an airtight container. Hence, it is the delicious snacks of the day. I put the container in my bag and have one or two dates in my lunchtime or whenever I feel tired.

At the fourth position, I must include the boiled eggs

As I mentioned earlier, I do not like eggs as my snacks, but the majority of people like the hard- boiled eggs as their quick and easy clean eating snacks. Moreover, in the morning it takes about 5 minutes to boil eggs, and you can take it on your way and also put it in the container to have them in your lunchtime.

The most delicious Avocado Slice:

At the fifth position, I would like to mention avocado toast. One of my favourite snack items that I prefer to take twice a week.

Another reason to like this snack is, it is full of proteins and healthy fats. This snack is also included in the diet plan of many people. I prefer to use gluten-free bread as toast. Hence, it is easy for our stomach to digest.

On the slice of the bread put the slices or the smashed form of avocado as you like and top it with the herb salt. The best thing I like is you can apply different topping on it like

  • Cherry tomato leaves
  • Corn kernels
  • Salsa
  • Boil egg slices
  • Roasted almonds
  • Spinach leaves

And many other toppings you like. It is the best quick and easy clean eating snacks because it tastes different from other snacks. Moreover, it does not require much time for preparation.

Kale chips come at the sixth position of my list:

Kale chips are easily available in the market. You can prepare the kale chips at home too, but you must know the exact recipe. However, it is not tricky. The main thing you need in the oven.

They are crispy that add a delicious taste when taken with the coffee. I love it.

In a nutshell, all the snacks mentioned above good in taste along with not hard when prepared. So take these quick and easy clean eating snacks in your daily life as they have a positive effect on your health.
